You're eligible for [162]our veterinary care when you're on certain benefits and live within the catchment area of one of our animal hospitals in London or Grimsby. To see if you're eligible, please complete the benefits check and postcode check below. It just takes a minute. If your pet is already registered or receiving treatment at another veterinary practice, we must confirm we can provide the veterinary care your pet needs. Before running the eligibility checks, please call us on 0300 790 9903. Benefits check First, check you receive at least one of the listed benefits. (BUTTON) Listed benefits Check you receive at least one of these benefits: * universal credit * income support * jobseeker's allowance (income-based) * employment and support allowance (income-related) * pension credit * working tax credit * child tax credit * housing benefit with no other benefit * council tax reduction with no other benefit (not the 25 per cent single person discount) * state pension Postcode check Second, check your postcode lies in one of our animal hospital catchment areas. If it does, you'll be presented with the opportunity to register online at the hospital. How to register Only if you successfully complete the two checks will you be given an opportunity to register at one of our animal hospitals. To renew your Blue Cross registration at the end of your 12 month term, please complete the benefits check and the postcode check again. If your circumstances have changed since you last registered, you might not be eligible for our vet services anymore.
