The rules are the same as the other two tourneys [spoiler=Rules of the previous tourneys] -No cheap characters, this also includes characters like Lucifer by Baggy, exception to the rule is, if the character is balanced in their own source game, but is too powerful for MUGEN's standards. -No boss-type characters either, exception to the rule is the final battle, after the final round. -You cannot have two versions of the same characters, doesn't matter if it's two versions of Elektrosoldat or Warachia. -No cheap AI patches, the previous tourney was a little unbalanced and some teams barely stood a chance last time,but HnK or Guilty Gear characters are a exception to rule, since they end up to be unbalanced in MUGEN, while being balanced in their own source game. -Can't do 1.0. characters, since I'm still going to use WinMUGEN for this, since Fraps doesn't work with 1.0. -No arguing in the thread, the thread for the first tourney ended up to be full of random stuff and gangwars -If someone like Darkflare gives recommendations or something like that, don't even think about arguing, it's for the better. [/spoiler] Except for two new rules: -You must give at least two videos of your team's characters in action and it can't be done the same day the tourney is announced and no, it can't be a AI fight either. Neither can it be done after the tourney is announced Scrap this rule. I'll just test the characters instead. -No bitching about being last or if you happen to lose.
