Dog Tracker Online http://forum.dog-tracker.com/YaBB.pl Main Board >> General Dog Discussion >> why PCCI...... http://forum.dog-tracker.com/YaBB.pl?num=1263457954 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Message started by margierey on Jan 14th, 2010, 4:32pm Title: why PCCI...... Post by margierey on Jan 14th, 2010, 4:32pm ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- im a new dog lover, napansin ko lang na walang silbi ang papers or yung documents ng dog mo... sayang lang ang binabayad na fees sa pcci..... reason are: 1. pwede pekehin ang dam and sire ng litters. 2. swapping of papers 3. if nawala dogs mo at nahanapan mo, at ayaw ibalik sayo walang laban ang papers mo (especially pag di mo naitransfer ang ownership) 4. walang assurance na yung dogs mo nga ang nasa documents. Title: Re: why PCCI...... Post by kahlua on Jan 14th, 2010, 5:25pm ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is why when acquiring a dog, one should always go to a responsible, ethical breeder. Not all who are registered with PCCI and who exhibit their dogs in conformation shows are responsible/reputable. Title: Re: why PCCI...... Post by Kitty on Jan 14th, 2010, 8:33pm ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Everything can be faked--even passports and money, it's doesn't mean they are useless or we stop using them. *Similarly, hindi "sayang lang" ang binayad nating tuition at paghihirap school just because pwede tayong bumili ng diploma sa Quiapo. *As kahlua said, it is up to you to make the choice to buy from an honest, responsible breeder. *Kung may nakipagpalit sayo ng P1000 bill for your P500 bill, then you find out peke pala yung P1000, sisisihin mo ba ang Bangko Sentral o sarili mo? Quote: if nawala dogs mo at nahanapan mo, at ayaw ibalik sayo walang laban ang papers mo (especially pag di mo naitransfer ang ownership) Yung transfer of ownership, katamaran or katangahan na yan ng owner. *Hindi na yan dapat iblame sa PCCI. * PCCI made a rule requiring tattoo and/or microchip for all registered dogs a few years ago. *Pero ang mga dog owners, nagalit. *Ayaw nila ishoulder yung additional cost of microchipping their own dogs. *Kaya ayun, di na inimplement. *Kung gusto mo maprove a particular dog is yours, you can always tattoo or microchip your dog, kaya lang hindi talaga SOP sa dito sa Pinas magcheck or scan for these, kasi nga hindi siya nagiging common practice because people opposed it. *Pero kung mahanap mo aso mo, madali na lang iprove na sayo nga siya. Title: Re: why PCCI...... Post by Happywillows on Jan 14th, 2010, 9:28pm ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I strongly agree with kahlua and Kitty. Title: Re: why PCCI...... Post by margierey on Jan 15th, 2010, 1:31pm ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- :) :) :) :) peace po...... Hello margiery. Let me clarify ha? Nobody is mad at you. It is just being explained that your conclusions are somewhat "contrary" to what "things" should be. I will no longer elaborate because kahlua and Kitty has already explained substantially why your conclusions are not so. Just feel free to ask more questions, I know you will have a lot as you have said, you are a new dog lover. :) Title: Re: why PCCI...... Post by Kitty on Jan 15th, 2010, 7:17pm ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yep, please don't be put off, ganyan lang ako magpresent ng argument, pushy and opinionated. I don't mean anything by it. :) Title: Re: why PCCI...... Post by ekei on Jan 16th, 2010, 1:12am ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- hmmmm.. i wonder.. Would a newbie raise these kind of concerns and blame PCCI?? ;D Title: Re: why PCCI...... Post by RAFKEE_ROYALE on Jan 16th, 2010, 6:16am ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I think so. Before when I was a newbie too, I was full of questions regarding the authenticity of PCCI paper. I actually encountered a not so reputable breeder who are selling PCCI papers. Not that im buying. He just offered without me asking. Im a real estate broker. There are also fake land titles. In the end it is up to us "genuine" dog lovers to be responsible for registering authentic PCCI paper for the sake of improving the breed of our dog. And continually oppose the using of fake PCCi paper to uphold the integrity of this registering body. Title: Re: why PCCI...... Title: Re: why PCCI......
